What You’ll Do

●    Conduct initial in-home assessments to develop individualized care plans

●    Complete supervisory visits for caregivers (every 60–90 days or as needed)

●    Perform RN tasks such as vitals, skin checks, safety evaluations, and care recommendations

●    Monitor care delivery for safety, compliance, and quality

●    Document assessments and supervisory notes accurately and on time

●    Communicate with families, caregivers, and healthcare partners

●    Provide coaching, feedback, and support to caregivers

●    Assist with case updates and plan-of-care adjustments

Requirements

●    Active RN license in Georgia

●    2+ years of nursing experience (home care or supervisory preferred)

●    Reliable transportation with active auto insurance

●    Ability to pass a fingerprint background check

●    Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

●    Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care

●    Smart phone with a data plan for documentation

Pay

●    RN Assessments: $70–$85 per completed assessment

●    RN Supervisory Visits: $45–$55 per completed assessment

●    Referral bonuses: Available for caregivers and new clients
