Mileage reimbursement for eligible visits
Personal care support for children who need daily living assistance - delivered by trained aides under RN supervision as part of a coordinated clinical team.
Deliver and oversee skilled nursing care for children with needs including tracheostomy care, ventilator management, and medication administration. Conduct assessments, develop and update care plans, and provide clinical supervision for LPNs on assigned cases.
Provide direct skilled nursing care to medically sensitive pediatric patients in the home. Administer medications, perform treatments, monitor clinical status, and execute individualized care plans under RN supervision.
