Classic City Home Care provides home pediatric nursing through the Georgia Pediatric Program, at no cost to your family. We handle the paperwork, match the right nurse, and stay with you every step of the way.

There is no out-of-pocket cost for families approved through GAPP.
Covered services are fully funded through Georgia Medicaid.
Not sure if your child qualifies? One call with our team will tell you. We will guide you through the process from the very beginning, including the Katie Beckett application.
You call or reach out, and a member of our clinical team answers, not a call center. We listen to your child's situation and tell you how we can help.
We walk your family through GAPP and Katie Beckett requirements, gather what's needed, and manage the application and authorization process on your behalf.
Our clinical director works with your child's physician to develop a plan of care around your child's specific diagnosis, goals, and home environment.
Every nurse is selected for your child's clinical needs, not just availability. They are oriented to your child's case before the first shift so nothing is unfamiliar on day one.
Consistent coverage, proactive communication, and a clinical team you can always reach. We close the loop so you always know where things stand.

Through GAPP's Family Caregiver Option, an eligible family member who lives with the child can be hired and compensated as part of the care team. We handle the enrollment and paperwork. If this applies to your family, we will walk you through it.
The Family Caregiver Option is available for Personal Support Services. Eligibility requirements apply.

There is no exact timeline, however, the process typically takes several weeks from the time a complete application is submitted
Possibly. The Katie Beckett / TEFRA waiver allows children with significant medical needs to qualify for Medicaid based on their own income, not their parents'. We help families explore this option.
Yes. We present you with matched options and you have the final say.
