You Focus on Your Child. We Handle the Rest.

Navigating home nursing care for the first time can feel like a second full-time job. Between coverage programs, physician paperwork, and care planning, families often find themselves spending time on process when they should be spending it with their child. At Classic City Home Care, we take that off your plate entirely.

We believe families should be informed partners in their child's care — not administrators of it. Our clinical team guides you through every step, explains your options in plain language, and coordinates the right level of care for your child and your family from the very first conversation. You stay informed. We handle the details.

Families Who Benefit Most from Care Coordination

  • Are navigating home nursing for the first time
  • Have a child transitioning from hospital to home
  • Are unsure whether their child qualifies for coverage
  • Want guidance on which services are the right fit for their child
  • Want one team managing all aspects of their child's home care

How We Can Help Your Family

  • Coverage eligibility assessment and guidance
  • GAPP and Katie Beckett enrollment support
  • Identifying the right mix of services for your child's needs
  • Physician documentation and coordination
  • Care plan development and ongoing updates
  • Family education on coverage options and care rights
  • Coordination of additional services including Behavioral Support and the Family Caregiver Option

Finding the Right Care for Your Child

Every child's needs are different. Some children benefit from skilled nursing alone. Others need a combination of nursing, personal care, and behavioral support. Some families may qualify for the Family Caregiver Option, which allows an eligible family member to be compensated for providing personal care hours for their own child. Our clinical team understands the full range of services available and works with your family to find the right combination. Let us help you build the right care plan.

Care coordination is provided as part of Classic City Home Care's clinical model at no separate cost to families enrolled in our programs.

Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP) covers in-home skilled nursing and personal care support for children under 21.
