What You'll Do

• Deliver skilled nursing care to children with complex medical needs under RN supervision
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician and directed by the care plan
• Monitor patients for changes in condition and report promptly to the supervising RN
• Assist with tracheostomy care, G-tube management, and other physician-ordered procedures within LPN scope
• Document clinical care accurately in the EMR at each visit
• Communicate with families and the supervising RN throughout each shift
• Follow individualized care plans specific to each patient's diagnosis and protocols

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted LPN license in good standing with the Georgia Board of Nursing
• Pediatric or complex care nursing experience preferred
• Must pass a comprehensive background check through Georgia's GCHexs system
• Reliable transportation and active auto insurance
• Strong clinical documentation skills
• Ability to follow individualized patient care plans with precision
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to consistent shift coverage
