What You'll Do

• Assist children with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Support feeding and nutrition as directed by the care plan
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe positioning
• Follow structured daily routines specific to each child
• Document care provided at each visit
• Communicate any changes in the child's condition to the supervising RN
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment during every visit

Requirements

• Experience working with children or individuals with complex care needs preferred
• CNA certification a plus but not required
• Must pass a comprehensive background check
• Reliable transportation and active auto insurance
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to consistent shift coverage
• Compassionate approach and patience working with children
• Smartphone with a data plan for visit documentation
