What You'll Do

• Conduct initial in-home assessments to develop individualized care plans
• Complete supervisory visits for caregivers on required schedules
• Perform skilled nursing tasks including vitals, skin checks, safety evaluations, and clinical observations
• Monitor care delivery for safety, compliance, and quality
• Document assessments and supervisory notes accurately and on time
• Communicate with families, caregivers, and your child's clinical team
• Provide coaching, feedback, and clinical support to caregivers
• Assist with care plan updates as patient needs change

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted RN license in good standing with the Georgia Board of Nursing
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience - home care or supervisory experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and active auto insurance
• Must pass a comprehensive background check
• Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
• Smartphone with a data plan for clinical documentation
